2. Legal Age

By agreeing to this policy and purchasing services from Kiosq, you confirm that you are of legal age (18 years or older). If you are underage, please refrain from purchasing our services without parental or guardian consent.

3. Subscription Plans

The following terms apply to monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth):

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@procodebase.com or via WhatsApp. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then.

Refunds on Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

Downgrade / Upgrade

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

4. One-Time Payments

One-time payments made through the Kiosq platform (e.g., customer orders on a seller's storefront) are subject to the individual seller's return policy. Kiosq acts as a technology intermediary and is not responsible for the fulfilment of goods or services sold by sellers.

For disputes related to seller transactions, please contact the seller directly or raise a complaint through your customer dashboard.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

Subscription fees for a billing period already in use

Platform onboarding or setup fees

White-label or Pro plan customisation fees once work has commenced

Payment gateway transaction fees charged by Cashfree

6. Arbitration

Any disputes arising from this policy — including breaches, terminations, or its validity — will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian laws. Both parties agree to pursue arbitration before initiating any legal action.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. By agreeing to this policy, you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka for matters not resolved through arbitration.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. We allow a 14-day window between the publishing and effective dates. Continued use of our platform after the effective date signifies your acceptance of the changes.
